• Cleaned up keyword targeting to remove low-performing keywords.

• Reorganized campaign structure into TOF (Top of Funnel), MOF (Middle of Funnel), and BOF (Bottom of Funnel), splitting by geographic segments to improve scalability and control.

2. Advanced Analytics System

Initially, the client lacked visibility into critical touchpoints along the customer journey. To change this, we:

Tagged all key website events including button clicks, form submissions, video views, and scroll depth.

Added UTM tracking on all major traffic sources.

Expanded CRM data capture to include detailed customer info such as country, source, and product pricing.

Linked advertising platforms to Google Analytics and imported spend data for holistic analysis.

Set up custom sales tracking from CRM to GA with full value attribution and source data.

Created templates for key reports segmented by product and event type.

Results:
This comprehensive setup enabled the client and our team to monitor every stage of the funnel — from initial website interaction to final sale — with much greater accuracy. Having reliable, granular data allowed us to identify which campaigns were truly profitable and optimize them effectively. This deeper insight became a crucial catalyst for scaling the advertising efforts and achieving better results.

3. Process Automation & CRM Integration

To streamline operations and reduce manual workload, we:

• Automated client communications through WhatsApp and email drip campaigns triggered by specific events.

• Implemented a CRM system integrating all communication channels, with sales pipeline management and task automation to boost sales team productivity.

• Developed Instagram and WhatsApp chatbots to handle common inquiries, easing the load on managers.

• Created universal email templates with dynamic variables to replace over 40 manually updated messages, saving significant time and reducing errors.

•Launched an affiliate program via Everflow, enabling influencers and students to share personalized referral links and earn commissions.
