About Master Mantak Chia
Master Mantak Chia is an internationally acclaimed Taoist teacher, author, and energy master. Twice awarded the title of “Qigong Master of the Year” by the International Congress of Chinese Medicine and Qi Gong (1990 and 2012), he also ranks among Watkins Review’s “Top 100 Most Spiritually Influential People” (2012).

As the founder of the Universal Healing Tao System, he has taught tens of thousands of students worldwide, sharing ancient Taoist practices of Inner Alchemy for healing and spiritual growth.

We began with a clear go-to-market roadmap that included an early-bird sales funnel to capture leads months before each event. Visitors were offered a discount code in exchange for their email via a pop-up on the landing page, allowing us to grow a highly engaged email list from the start.

2. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

For each campaign, we sent a sequence of 15+ emails, carefully timed and structured to build interest and trust:

  • Educational content (videos & articles by Master Chia)
  • Tiered early-bird offers (30%, 20%, 10%)
  • Deadline-driven reminders that triggered urgency and conversions

This nurtured leads effectively and ensured consistent engagement across the long pre-sale cycle.

3. Paid Social Campaigns

We executed highly targeted, multilingual Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns:

  • Geo-targeted ads (localized languages for Italy and Spain, English for global audiences)
  • Retargeting based on video engagement and website visits
  • Continuous performance optimization across ad sets

The average CTR of our creatives ranged between 1.3% and 1.5%, and the campaigns generated up to 10 touchpoints per lead, significantly increasing conversion rates.

4. Community Partnerships & Event Listings

We amplified visibility through strategic listings and partnerships:
  • Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, and other platforms

5. High-Converting Event Branding and Visual Communication

We created a distinctive, non-template visual identity for each city’s event. This included a fully custom website, attention-grabbing banners, and all supporting visual materials to maintain consistency across platforms.

Each landing page was designed to not only inform, but also convert — featuring clear CTAs, structured event information, discount prompts, and mobile optimization. As a result, we achieved an average 2% click-to-sale conversion rate and 15% form submission rate for early bird promo codes.
