- Finalized reports are instantly shared with drivers in their portal with clear breakdowns by category

Once salaries are calculated:

- Drivers can sign documents in just a few clicks
- Admins see all signed documents in one centralized view
5. Invoice (Faktura) Upload
To simplify fuel reimbursement:

- Drivers upload a photo of the fuel invoice and fill out key fields
- Managers review and approve or decline the invoice
- Approved amounts are automatically included in the next salary payout
6. Change History Tracking
Every key action within the system is logged for transparency and control, giving management full visibility over edits and interactions.
