Once salaries are calculated:
  • Documents are auto-generated and sent for e-signature via SignNow
  • Drivers can sign documents in just a few clicks
  • Admins see all signed documents in one centralized view

5. Invoice (Faktura) Upload

To simplify fuel reimbursement:
  • Drivers upload a photo of the fuel invoice and fill out key fields
  • Managers review and approve or decline the invoice
  • Approved amounts are automatically included in the next salary payout

6. Change History Tracking
